2012 Porsche Panamera S Hybrid
Among the first review videos from the Panamera S Hybrid hit the net today, putting Porsche's bold efficiency claims to the exam. The Panamera S Hybrid is powered by a 3.0-liter V6 compressor petrol engine that actually works together with a an electric motor. Porsche says that with this new powertrain, the Panamera S Hybrid has the capacity to offer up to 41.54 mpg (6.8 l/100 km) with a 159 g/km CO2 emissions level.
Even though this figures are the same ones of a small budget hatchback, the Panamera S Hybrid is a powerful, four-door luxury saloon, and it is built by Porsche. The German sportscar maker says the Porsche Panamera S Hybrid outputs a total of 380 hp and that it's able to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in only 6.0 seconds.It's top speed is with a rating of 168 mph (270 km/h).
